Product application

Overhead insulated cables with a rated voltage of 1kV and below are suitable for urbanand rural distribution networks, and can be used for fixed installation or serviceentrance wires.

Overhead insulated cables with a rated voltage of 10kV and below are suitable fortransmitting electrical energy in overhead transmission lines, and are preferred for10kV transmission engineering lines in power grid construction and renovation.Products with soft copper cores are suitable for transformer lead wires, etc.

Implementation standards

The performance of this product shall comply with the requirements of GB/T12527-2008and GB/T14049-2008 standards.

Operational Characteristics

PVC-insulated overhead cables: 160℃;

PE-insulated overhead cables: 130℃;

XLPE-insulated overhead cables: 250℃;

HDPE-insulated overhead cables: ≤150℃;

Laying ambient temperature

The ambient temperature during cable laying shall not be lower than -20℃;

Allowable bending radius of cables

For cables with an outer diameter of less than 25mm, the bending radius shall not be less than 4D;

For cables with an outer diameter D of 25mm and above, the bending radius shall notbe less than 6D;
