University-Enterprise Alliance Accelerates New Material R&D​

Jiyuan Hengshun has forged a strategic partnership with Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College to boost talent development and technological innovation. The collaboration establishes internships, co-designs curricula, and builds joint labs to tackle key material science challenges—aligning with national pushes for industry-academia integration.​
Under the plan, Hengshun’s technical experts will teach practical courses, while college faculty join corporate R&D projects. "This two-way empowerment bridges theory and practice," explained a company representative. With 20+ R&D elites led by a Central Plains Tech Innovation Leader, the alliance aims to shorten product development cycles, a critical advantage in the fast-evolving materials sector.
