Diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDl), polyether polyol, blowing agent,catalyst, surfactant, additives, etc.

Rapid Curing: Surface drying time of 10-20 minutes (at 25°C/50%RH).

Usage Guide
Pre-construction Preparation
1. Clean the substrate: Ensure the construction surface is dry, free of oil stains,and loose particles.
2. Shake the product well: Forcefully shake the can for 20-30 seconds before use to ensure the materials are evenly mixed.

3. Install the spray gun: lf using a gun-type package, install a special foam glue gun.
Construction Steps
1.Inverted Application: Keep the can inverted, slowly press the valve, and fill evenly from the bottom of the gap upward.

2.Dosage Control: The filling amount should not exceed 50%-70% of the gap volume (to reserve expansion space).
3.Trimming and Curing:

After initial curing for 10-30 minutes, trim excess foam with a blade.

4.Full Curing: Sanding,painting,and other subsequent treatments can be performed after 24 hours.

Environmental Requirements for Product Use
Optimal Construction Temperature: 5°C to 35°C

Humidity impact:if humidityis too low(<30%),curing time may be prolonged. lt is recommended to spray water mist to accelerate curing.
Packaging & Storage
15 pieces per carton (750m per piece). Customization is supported.Shelf Life: 12 months (unopened)Store in a cool environment at 5°C~25°C. Avoid exposure to high or lowtemperature extremes.
