Main components
Diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDl), polyether polyol, blowing agent,catalyst, surfactant, additives, etc.

Product Features
Composite Structure Performance: The polyurethane foam matrix wraps inorganicmortar particles, combining elasticity and rigidity.

Ultra-high Compressive Strength: The compressive strength after curing can reachover 5MPa, far exceeding ordinary foam adhesives.

Low Shrinkage Rate: Excellent volume stability (curing shrinkage rate <1%), avoidingthe risk of cracking.
Hydrophobic and Moisture-proof: Closed-cell rate >90%, no leakage or mildew inlong-term water immersion environments.

Convenient Construction: Retaining the polyurethane spraying process, no mechanicalmixing required, directly sprayed into shape.

Applications

Building reinforcement and joint filling:

Concrete expansion joints/post-cast strips: Low shrinkage and high compressivestrength to prevent cracking and water seepage.

Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) block joints: Solves the cracking problem oftraditional mortars and enhances wall integrity.

Prefabricated building joints: Quickly fills installation gaps of PC components, combin-ing elasticity and strength.
Underground engineering:

Deformation joints in metro tunnels and post-cast strip filling in basements (forimpermeability-required scenarios).

Industrial floors:
.Sealing expansion joints in factory floors (resistant to forklift ).Although foam mortar-type polyurethane foam adhesive has relatively high compressivestrength , it is not recommended to be used alone as a structural load-bearing material.

Construction Steps
1.Inverted Application: Keep the can inverted, slowly press the valve, and fillevenly from the bottom of the gap upward.

2.Dosage Control: The filling amount should not exceed 50%-70% of the gapvolume (to reserve expansion space).

3.Trimming and Curing:
After initial curing for 10-30 minutes, trim excess foam with a blade.

4.Full Curing: Sanding, painting,and other subsequent treatments can beperformed after 24 hours.

Environmental Requirements for Product Use
Optimal Construction Temperature: 5°C to 35°C

Humidity impact:if humidityis too low(<30%),curing time may be prolonged. lt is recommended to spray water mist to accelerate curing.
Packaging & Storage
15 pieces per carton (750m per piece). Customization is supported.

Shelf Life: 12 months (unopened)Store in a cool environment at 5°C~25°C. Avoid exposure to high or lowtemperature extremes.
