AF-9999 Ultra.high performance Sicone Structural Adhesive for Curtain Wals is a premium-grade silicone adhesive specificalydesigned forthe structural bonding and seaingof building curtain wals (glass, metal,stone,etc.). tfeatures ultra.high strength,weather resistance,and elasicity, enabling it to withstand the dynamic loads on curtain wals(such as wind pressure, earthquakes, and thermal expansion/contraction) and ensuring the long-term safety and stability of building facades.

Usage Guide
1.Shielding Protection:

Use masking tape to cover both sides of the joint to prevent adhesive fromcontaminating non-bonding areas(remove after curing).

2.Adhesive Tube Opening and Loading:

① Cut the nozzle of the adhesive tube at a 45° angle, adjusting the apertureaccording to the joint width (typically 1/2 of the joint width).

② Load into the caulking gun and expel the unevenly mixed adhesive at thefront end (approximately 5-10 cm).
3.Gluing Techniques:

① Continuous Gluing: Move the caulking gun at a uniform speed toensure the adhesive strip is full without breakpoints.

② Filling Depth: The joint filling should be ≥75% (full filling required forstructural bonding),with an adhesive thickness of 6-12 mm recom-mended.

③ Cross-Section Shape: Adopt a "triangular" or "concave" cross-section(avoid flat surfaces) to facilitate stress dispersion.

4.Trimming and Compaction:
① Use a scraper dipped in soapy water to level the adhesive surface,remove air bubbles, and compact the adhesive (improving density).

②Remove the masking tape immediately after trimming (to avoidadhesion after the adhesive is semi-cured).
